The black arrows show the process of infromational interaction on initiative of the Client 1. When Client 1 wants to exchange information with Client 2, he/she composes the message and delivers it to the Partner. Partner processes the message (translates it if necessary, types on computer) and uploads it through at the special web-page of the Web-site. The message arrives to Client 2's personal profile web-page. Client 2 reads the message.
The yellow arrows show the process of informational interaction on the initiative of the Client 2, whether it is a reply to previous message from Client 1, or just a beginning of the new intraction process. Client 2 composes a message addressed to Client 1 at the special web-page of the Web-site. Web-site using its software facilities forwards the message to Partner. Partner processes the message (receives, translates if necessary, prints on paper if necessary) and delivers the message to Client 1.
The green arrows show the process of informational interaction that generally goes without the Web-site and Partner on the later stages, though the first stage requires Web-site anyway. This is the process of obtaining direct contact information and direct informational interaction. Client 2 gets direct contact information of Client 1 at the Web-site and contacts Client 1 directly.
